Our story

Built on Experience, Driven by Purpose

Rocky Mountain Recovery Homes was founded by people who have lived the journey of recovery — and who believe that with the right environment and support, lasting healing is possible for everyone.

Our mission

Why We Do This Work

We exist to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health and recovery services to individuals and families navigating some of life's most difficult moments. Our mission is to create safe, healing environments — in our homes, in our clinical offices, and in every interaction — where people can rebuild their lives with dignity and hope.

01

Dignity

Every person who walks through our doors deserves to be treated with respect, compassion, and unconditional positive regard — regardless of their history.

02

Community

Recovery doesn't happen in isolation. We build genuine community among residents, clients, and staff because connection is one of the most powerful forces for healing.

03

Integrity

We do what we say we'll do. Our clients and residents trust us with their most vulnerable moments, and we honor that trust with honesty and accountability.

04

Excellence

We hold ourselves to the highest clinical and operational standards — continuously learning, improving, and investing in the quality of our care.

Our founding

From Personal Experience to Purposeful Care

Rocky Mountain Recovery Homes was founded in the belief that the environment where someone recovers matters as much as the treatment itself. Our founders — themselves touched by addiction and mental health challenges — saw firsthand how the right combination of structure, community, and clinical support could transform lives.

What began as a single home in the foothills of Colorado has grown into a network of recovery residences and clinical services, all united by the same founding principle: every person deserves a real chance at a new life.
