Peer coaching
Someone Who's Been There
Our peer coaches are people in long-term recovery who walk alongside you — offering lived experience, practical guidance, and genuine connection when you need it most.
What is peer coaching?
More Than Advice — A Real Partnership
Peer coaching pairs you with a trained recovery coach who has navigated the same challenges you're facing. Unlike clinical therapy, peer coaching is rooted in shared experience — your coach understands addiction, mental health struggles, and the hard work of rebuilding a life because they've done it themselves.
Sessions are flexible, practical, and focused on your goals — whether that's staying sober, finding housing, rebuilding relationships, or simply having someone in your corner who truly gets it.
